  • Retention Phase: Once the oil is poured, it is allowed to remain in place for a specific duration, typically around 20 to 30 minutes. During this time, the patient may experience a sensation of warmth spreading through the lower back region as the oil penetrates deeply into the muscles, joints, and nerves.


  • Massage and Manipulation: After the retention phase, the therapist may gently massage the lower back area using various techniques to further enhance the therapeutic effects of the treatment.
