Larlee is our therapist. And she is amazing. I had been facing migraine issues and upper back issues and she exactly knows the points that could trigger the pain and how to soothe them down. Saeeda is phenomenal with the Abhyanga and I received an immense amount of relief. Shirodhara with Lakshmi was extremely relaxing. This place is as close to authentic as you can get.
The ambience and silence one expects from spas isn’t prevalent here, but I managed to doze off for a few minutes in both sessions, so I guess it’s subjective. They also do direct-billing with many insurance companies which is convenient.

This is my third visit to the Sevayu centre. They have good professionals! And I highly recommend for others. Initially when I visited the centre, I was having sinus issues with too much of head ache, Larelee gave a head and neck massage which gave a huge relief. And for the subsistent visits I was having back pain problem, Larelee asks us before the session what kind of issues we have and works on those muscles to loosen up. This place is all booked up for a reason. The service is amazing. RMT Saeeda was excellent at targetting where I needed help. I got Abhayanga followed by steam and can definitely say that I walked out much more relaxed than I first walked in.
