Dashamoola is effective in all types of menstruation disorders. It aids in digesting Ama (toxins) and acts as an anti-inflammatory to muscles in specific. It is useful in Kaphavata jwara, Cough, Respiratory illness, Back pain, Inflammatory chest or flank pain, and indigestion.

This is Tridosha balancing but more effective against Vata-Kapha, enhances Agni, and cleanses Srotas.

Gambhari is included by Charaka in groups of Shothahara / anti-inflammatory, Dahaprasahmana/relieving burning sensation, and Virechanopaga / herbs useful in Virechana. Gokshura is the best Vrishya /Aphrodisiac, Rasayana / rejuvenator, and diuretic.

• Brihati (Solanum indicum)
• Patala (Stereospermum suaveolens)
• Prishniparni (Uraria picta)

Dosage :
1 tablet twice a day or as prescribed.
