Shirodhara is a traditional therapy in which warm oil is gently dripped onto the forehead from a specific height for a certain period of time. The oil runs in a steady rhythm across the scalp, helping to soothe the mind and body and induce a deep sense of relaxation. The procedure normally lasts about 45 minutes.
